                    2004年畢業于復旦大學上海醫學院臨床專業,獲醫學學士學位。2009年畢業于復旦大學上海醫學院醫學分子病毒學重點實驗室,獲醫學博士學位。2009年-2013年在上海市腫瘤研究所癌基因及相關基因國家重點實驗室工作,2013年至今在復旦大學附屬腫瘤醫院腫瘤研究所工作,2018年11月至2019年4月在美國德克薩斯州大學健康科學中心(休斯敦)(UTHealth)生物化學與分子生物學系作為訪問學者進修近半年,主要學習通過生物信息學整合分析已有的腫瘤大規模測序數據。主持項目包括高校博士點專項科研基金項目一項,上海市自然科學基金青年基金一項,上海市自然科學基金面上項目一項,國家自然科學基金兩項,并作為課題骨干參與國家科技重大專項兩項及國家自然科學基金多項。近5年主要研究成果發表于Genome Research, Cell Death & Disease, Frontiers in Pharmacology, Carcinogenesis, Cancer Science, Gastroenterology, Hepatology,以及Oncogene等雜志。在學術任職方面,擔任Theranostics,  Cancel Cell International, journal of cancer和Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy等SCI期刊審稿專家。


                  研究領域:

                    消化系統惡性腫瘤發生與轉移的分子機制和臨床轉化,主要包括:
                    1. 腫瘤表觀遺傳學修飾及轉錄重編程在腫瘤中的作用機制;
                    2. 腫瘤樣本大數據及其生物信息分析在腫瘤中的應用研究。
